(A max of 2 dogs are permited in the Alderley, Grasmere and Linwood caravan only. (Please note although the Ashridge and Bordeaux caravans currently do not permit dogs, the owner themselves does have a dog which visits the caravan). All other caravans are strictly no pets allowed. All caravans are strictly No Smoking permitted within the caravans (this includes all electronic cigarettes), ashtrays are provided for outside use only. Please read our restrictions page for other restrictions)

The following prices include accommodation, electric, gas, water and use of children and baby equipment.

Arrival is from 2 pm - departure by 10 am.

(caravans are strictly not available between 10 am - 2 pm)

All caravans are the owners own holiday retreats. And are not only used for their main booked holidays, but when not hired they do use themselves for last minute breaks.

Passes for the site facilities are extra, and are available from the site reception priced as follows Peak Season £14.00 per person (2023 pass price). Under 2’s are free. These can be obtained on your arrival. And are for the duration of your stay not per night.

Max 2 dogs permitted within the Alderley, Grasmere and Linwood caravan only £30 for the 1st dog and half price for the 2nd per break.

Site facilities available between 11 March - 4 Nov 2024.

A refundable £100 deposit is required within 24 hours to reserve your chosen dates. A completed booking form is also required within 3 days. This is then held until after your holiday (subject to Terms and Conditions). The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

A £30 discount can be given when 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked at once. Due to Park rules maximum is 4 weeks. (discount excludes any late deal offers).

SHORT BREAKS

Short breaks are available.

Please note, some school holidays may vary in different areas.
