We would like to advise the owner does have a dog of their own that visits the caravan.

THE LIVING AREA

The living area has a L shaped seating and a arm chair. The caravan is equipped with a TV with free view channels, DVD Player and Free Stat.

The area is heated by a electric fire and radiator.

To the front of the caravan is french doors, which open onto a decked area.

Please note - there is no pull out bed in the living area.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area has a L shaped seating and 2 stools.

Located directly opposite the kitchen area.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob and cooker hood.

Large Fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster

There is a table top ironing board available for your use, but we do ask that you bring your own iron.

The Area is heated by a radiator.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom has bedside cabinets with lights set above.

Over head cupboard, wardrobe with drawers

and a dressing table with stool.

The master bedroom is heated by a radiator.

A hairdryer is available for your use.

The duvet supplied for the master bed is an All Seasons 4.5 tog and 10.5 tog total rating 15 tog. Being a All Seasons duvet this can be separated to either the 4.5 or 10.5 depending on your requirements. Or for that extra warmth use them together for the 15 tog.

TWIN BEDROOM 1

The twin bedroom has bedside cabinet with a light above and overhead cupboards, wardrobe with drawers and a mirror.

This room is heated by a radiator.

All single beds are supplied with a 10.5 tog duvet.

TWIN BEDROOM 2

The twin bedroom has bedside cabinet with a light above and overhead cupboards, wardrobe with drawers and a mirror with a shelf below.

This room is heated by a radiator.

All single beds are supplied with a 10.5 tog duvet.

BABIES AND CHILDREN

are all available for your use free of charge.

THE BATHROOM

The bathroom has a large shower with 2 shelves. Wash basin, mirrored door cabinet.

THE 2ND TOILET

Has a toilet, wash basin and mirror.

THE DECKING AREA

The decked area leads out from the french doors at the front of the caravan. And is 7 foot wide around the whole of the caravan. Which also leads down the side of the caravan.

19ft x 7ft across the front of the caravan. And 7ft x 32ft to the side leading to the front of the caravan.

The area is also gated and a second gated entrance is located to the side of the decking.

The area has a bench table and chairs.

The caravan has a electric fire in the living area.

And gas central heating throughout the caravan.

PARKING

Next to the caravan is a gravel driveway, with parking for 1 car. With extra parking spaces available around the site.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

Both our caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

No pets,

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.
