THE LIVING AREA

The living area is L shaped with 2 sofa's. One a 2 seater the other has seating for 5 people.

The area is fully equipped with TV with free view channels, DVD player and stereo.

This area leads out to the enclosed decked area.

THE DINING AREA

Has a free standing table and 4 chairs and is located directly opposite the kitchen.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including gas oven with grill and a 4 burner hob. Kettle, toaster, microwave and under counter fridge and freezer.

MASTER BEDROOM

Comprises of, a double bed, bedside cabinets, overhead cupboards, large wardrobe and dressing table.

LARGE TWIN BEDROOM

The larger of the two twin bedrooms comprises of, 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, overhead cupboards and wardrobe.

SMALL TWIN BEDROOM

The small twin is only slightly smaller than the large twin, with 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe.

BABIES AND CHILDREN

A cot is available which fits over one of the beds in the larger twin bedroom. (suitable for babies under 1 years old)

is available for your use free of charge.

THE BATHROOM ROOM

The bathroom comprises of wash basin, mirrored cabinet and a sliding glass door shower unit.

TOILET

There is a separate toilet with wash basin which is located directly opposite the bathroom.

THE DECKING AREA

Leading out from the living area is a enclosed decking area. With tables and chairs.

HEATING

The caravan has a gas fire in the living area, and gas central heating throughout

PARKING

Next to the caravan is a driveway, with parking for 1 car. With extra parking spaces in parking bays approx 3 mtrs in front of the caravan.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

Both our caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

We ourselves personnally privately own the Moonstone and Torino caravans. And manage all other caravans on behalf of their private owners.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

Max of 2 dogs permitted in the Carlton caravan,

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.
