LATE DEALS

(A max of 2 dogs are permitted within the Alderleyy,Grasmere, Linwood caravans only. (Please note although the Ashridge, Skyline and Bordeaux currently do not permit dogs, the owners themselves does have a dog which visits the caravan). All other caravans are strictly no pets allowed. All caravans are strictly No Smoking permitted within the caravans (this includes all electronic cigarettes), ashtrays are provided for outside use only. Please read our restrictions page for other restrictions)

The following prices include accommodation, electric, gas, and water

Arrival is from 2 pm - departure by 10 am.

(caravans are strictly not available between 10 am - 2 pm)

(The Wishing Well is strictly not available between 11 am - 3 pm)

All caravans and The Wishing Well are the owners own holiday retreats. And are not only used for their main booked holidays, but when not hired they do use themselves for last minute breaks.

Passes for the site facilities (West Bay Holiday Park only) are extra, and are available from the site reception priced as follows Peak Season £18.50, under 2’s are free. These can be obtained on your arrival. And are for the duration of your stay not per night.

Max 2 dogs permitted within the Alderley, Linwood and Sunningdale caravans only £30 for the 1st dog and half price for the 2nd per break.

Site facilities available between mid March - mid November.

All late deals are due in full within 3 working days of a booking being taken.

All late deals must be paid directly into our bank.

There is a booking form which must be completed and returned to us signed.
