THE LIVING AREA The living area has 2 sofa's, within the seating is a pull out double bed, making the 7/8th berths. (Parties of 6 members, please note this bed is classed as the 7/8 berth and will not be available for your use, unless by prior arrangement). Fully equipped with a TV, DVD Player and Satellite Box with free view channels (or bring your own sky card to view a few more channels. Please note your card is registered to your box and will not allow you to view your entire package).

THE DINING AREA The dining area has an arch shaped upholstered bench seating and 2 stools, which will comfortably seat 6 adults. The Living and Dining Area have been fitted with a new carpet in August 08. And both area's have been newly upholstered for the 2009 season. |
THE KITCHEN AREA The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including gas oven with grill and a 4 burner hob. |

MASTER BEDROOM Comprises of, a double bed, bedside cabinets, overhead cupboards, large wardrobe with hanging shelves and dressing table with a cupboard. A hairdryer is also available for your use. |

LARGE TWIN BEDROOM The larger of the two twin bedrooms comprises of, 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, overhead cupboards and wardrobe. |
SMALL TWIN BEDROOM The small twin is only slightly smaller than the large twin, with 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe with a chest of drawers. |

BABIES AND CHILDREN A cot is available which fits over one of the beds in the larger twin bedroom. (suitable for babies under 1 years old) A Microwave Steriliser, Chicco Xplorer pushchair (6 months - 3 years), Hauck sit n' fold high chair (6 months - 3 years), Bedguard (2 - 5 years) are all available for your use free of charge. |
THE BATHROOM ROOM The bathroom comprises of, toilet and basin, mirrored cabinet and a glass door shower unit. TOILET There is also another toilet with basin and mirrored cabinet.

THE DECKING AREA Leading out from the living area is a 7' x 11' narrowing down to a 4' x 15' uPVC decking area. With a bench table and seats are suitable for up to 8 people. The area is also gated, ideal for the safety of young children. At night the decking area is surrounded by soft lighting, making it a pleasant area to sit on a warm evening. |

HEATING The caravan has a gas fire in the living area and a oil filled heater. All the bedrooms have electric oil filled heaters PARKING Next to the caravan is a gravel driveway, with parking for 1 car. With extra parking spaces available around the site. Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas. LINENS All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Doubles have 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each. We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor. Gas is certificated each year. All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor. 2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors. RESTRICTIONS No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only), No pets, Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following. Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years, Parties, whose members are all male or all female, Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.
