THE LIVING AREA The living area has a comfortable seating area the full width of the caravan. Within the seating is a double pull out bed, making the 7/8th berths. (Parties of 6 members, please note this bed is classed as the 7/8 berth and will not be available for your use, unless by prior arrangement).

The area is fully equipped with a TV, DVD Player and Satellite box with free view channels (or bring your own sky card to view a few more channels. Please note your card is registered to your box and will not allow you to view your entire package).

THE DINING AREA This area has an arch shaped upholstered bench seating and 2 stools, which will comfortably seat 6 adults |

THE KITCHEN The kitchen is located directly opposite the dining area. Fully equipped with everything you need. Including a full size gas oven, grill and 4 burner hob, fridge, slim line freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. |
MASTER BEDROOM Comprises of, double bed, shelves beside and above the bed, large wardrobe with drawers and dressing table. A hairdryer is also available for your use. |

TWIN BEDROOMS There are 2 twin bedrooms both comprise of, 2 single beds in each, shelves beside and above the bed and wardrobe with drawers. |
THE BATHROOM The bathroom has a toilet, basin, mirror and glass door shower unit. TOILET There is also a separate toilet and basin. |

BABIES AND CHILDREN A Hauck travel cot (this will be classed as one of the berths), Microwave Steriliser, Chicco Xplorer pushchair (6 months - 3 years), Cosatto on the move high chair (6 months - 2 years). Bedguard (2 - 5 years) NEW - Family toilet seat, intergated child's toilet seat (magnetically secured within the toilet lid) are all available for your use free of charge. |
The Decking Area Leading out from the living area is a 6' x 11' uPVC decking area. With a table and chairs. From this area are steps leading down to the grassed area. This area is also gated, ideal for the safety of young children. At night the decking area is surrounded by soft lighting, making it a pleasant area to sit on a warm evening.

HEATING The caravan has a gas fire and oil filled heater in the living area and electric blown heating in the bedrooms. Both bathroom and toilet have heated rails. PARKING Next to the caravan is a gravel driveway, with parking for 1 car. With extra parking spaces available around the site. Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas. LINENS All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Doubles have 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each. We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay. TV Licence Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan. Both our caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor. Gas is certificated each year. All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor. 2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors. RESTRICTIONS No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only), No pets, Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following. Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years, Parties, whose members are all male or all female, Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.
